What is Restore Partner Pro?

Restore Partner Pro is an online referral marketplace where plumbers and other
professionals can refer jobs for restoration services (like water, fire, mold, asbestos, and
biohazard damage) to vetted restoration companies — and get paid for it.

Do I have to follow up with the restoration company?

No. If there’s an issue with a referral, the restoration company may contact you through
the referral issue tool built into the platform.

Can I choose which company I send the job to?

Yes. You can browse available companies and filter by location, services, pricing, and
profile info before selecting one to receive your lead.

How does the platform work?

After setup, referrers can log in, enter basic job details, and choose a restoration
company based on service area, lead price, company description, and review metrics
(like Google rating and RPP score). Once submitted, the restoration company can
accept or reject the lead. You’re paid when the lead is accepted and signed by the
restoration company.

How do I submit a referral?

Log in to your account, enter the job information (no photos required), and select a
company from a list filtered by location, pricing, and service offerings. If the lead is
declined, you can either clarify and resubmit or forward it to another company —
instantly.

What happens if my referral is rejected?

If a company rejects your lead, you’ll be notified right away. You can then resubmit it to
another restoration company in seconds — no extra effort needed.

How and when do I get paid?

You’re paid once your submitted lead is accepted and signed by a restoration
company. Payments are processed automatically through the platform and sent directly
to your connected bank account.
